Create / Update Project

Please enter all information in English and note that in this page, for simplicity reasons, we will refer to all types of products, materials and services as "Product".

The fields preceded by an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must all be filled to be able to save your product. All other fields are "optional" and/or "if applicable" and may be filled now or later, at your own discretion. Filling the optional fields is, however, highly recommended to give the most complete information to the architects and other visitors browsing through your product(s).

Although we've done our outmost to be as clear and specific as possible in designing this form, if you need help with creating or updating your product information, please contact us at [email protected] for more information - our response time might take up-to 24 hours, depending on the number of queries.

As per the WA Member Agreement, it is your responsibility to make sure you have the appropriate copyrights to this project.

For Architects: If this is your architecture office's work, we recommend becoming a Professional member and creating an OFFICE PAGE first. Then you will be able to present the project under the OFFICE instead of individually. This only applies to architects, not Student or Academic members.

Important note for Architects and Interior Designers: Architects can send their projects in both categories: Architecture (both in Designed and Realised) and Interior Design - Realised categories. Interior Designers can send their projects only in Interior Design – Realised category to the WA Awards.

But if you will send a project in Architecture Section, you need to present your project with more outer visuals while uploading. If you will send the same project to the Interior Section as well, you need to upload the interior visuals of the project and send it to the WA Awards - which all these 2 actions require you to upload the project twice to your page.

Important Note: As per the WA Awards rules, creating a Project Page and uploading your project does not entitle you to participate to the WA Awards competition's short-list selection. Participation to the WA Awards is now subject to a conscious decision and specific actions as described in the WA Awards How to Participate declaration.

The project description should be minimum 1500 characters (with spaces).

Instead of choosing a generic term like MIXED USE for a larger complex, you may prefer to create several projects for each one of the different buildings within your larger project, whereby demonstrating a number of different functions and potentially designs, included in the overall project.

First impression is important! Please bear in mind that when browsing, World Architecture Community visitors will first see your project's card with a single image (see example here). We therefore strongly recommend the first image for your project be a great image that would draw their attention at first sighting.

IMPORTANT: Please avoid uploading posterized, patchworked, assembled or otherwise images with text, as per school project submissions, but instead, please upload individual images of your project for a better experience for our visitors. Projects with poor quality images will be rejected by our editors - you will receive a message to update / improve the quality of your project images.

Associate members may upload up to 10 images, while Professional and Academic member may upload up to 20 images per project. They should ideally be in landscape format (try to avoid portrait images for better results). (Max 5Mb and min witdh 800px per image in JPG, JPEG and PNG formats). Please make sure to include any relevant image credits and copyrights in the name/last name fields.
